1) ruby angel chocolate cake

This is LeTAO’s first ever creation made with the mysterious ruby chocolate, which is made from natural pink cacao. Ruby Chocolate is also coined as the “Fourth Chocolate”, after almost 80 years of domination by the traditional dark, milk and white chocolate.
Ruby cacao beans have unique taste and color that are naturally present, giving them an unprecedented ruby and fruity acidity. Other elements of the elegant Ruby Angel Chocolate cake (12cm diameter) include raspberry powder, fresh cream, milk chocolate mousse, caramelized walnuts and chocolate sponge cake. Xmas silver ornaments included too!

This sweet and savory logcake is 15.5cm in length and is made of premium Japanese chestnuts and multi-layered luxurious caramel chocolate cream fillings. Comes with a cute Xmas and Reindeer ornaments too!
